Greenway Parks is a 150-acre neighborhood that has been home to 300 Dallas families since 1927.  It has the unique claim of being the first pedestrian-oriented community in Dallas, designed in the “English Commons” tradition where homes are grouped around open greenbelts.  More than 70 years of grand architecture can be found in this remarkable community where one can experience postwar modern Bauhaus, romantic revival, ranch houses and grand European-inspired homes along the same streets.
